Give gentle massage to your scalp with the mixture of almond oil and gooseberry juice by using your finger tips. Take the blend of lukewarm water, olive oil, lemon juice and coconut oil. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair. Then wrap a warm towel on your head for 20 minutes. After that rinse your hair with shampoo and you will get a soft silky hair.

Take boiled rice water and add some shikakai powder into it and wash your hair. This is a best way to improve your hair. Juice of Hibiscus flower is also beneficial for hair.

Take coconut oil and camphor, and then heat it. Now apply it over your scalp for 10 minutes and take a steam bath. After that apply shampoo and rinse the hair thoroughly. This is one of the effective ways to get healthy natural hair.

Wash your hair with tea water at least once in a week. Make a paste of the gooseberry and milk. Apply the paste on your scalp and hair and rinse it after half an hour.

Healthy diet is also very necessary for getting strong hair. Iron deficiency is the main cause of unhealthy hair. So, include eggs, meat, peas, cereals, and beans on your diet. Also take fresh fruits and green vegetables to improve your hair condition.

Do not use excess hairstyling products and tools like curling iron, blow dryer which can damage your hair.
