Dirk circles or dark under eyes seen prominently in aging skin. In this case you can use concealer to hide dark circles.

Sinus and allergies also causes dark circles. Due to sinus it our nasal passage is blocked and that lead to dark under eyes. For this you have to unclog the nasal passages by some treatment.
